Acerca of Reservation and Cancellation Policy Reservation Policy Arrival is from 4:00 p.m. An earlier arrival may be possible if our cleaning program allows it and must be organized before the day of arrival. Arrangements must be made in advance for late arrival (after 8pm) so we can tell you how to get in. Check out is before 12:00 p.m. so we can be ready for our next guests. Late check-out may be available on request if our housekeeping schedule permits and must be arranged on or before the day of arrival. We are proud to be a non-smoking guest house. Smoking is permitted on our large terrace as long as other guests agree. For the safety and comfort of all our guests, we do not allow candles or incense in our guest rooms. Guests who smoke in the house will be charged a minimum fee of €250 + any lost reservations or additional expenses to provide other guests with acceptable accommodation while we make a room non-smoking. Dogs are allowed under the supervision of their owner and we are happy to provide them with bowls. Cancellation Policy We are a small guesthouse and cancellations affect us significantly. We cannot be held responsible for rooms due to delayed or canceled air flights, family emergencies, threats of bad weather, or other travel-related incidents or changes in plans that may shorten your stay. Even if we show empathy, we must maintain our policy. Insurance is available to protect against any unforeseen events through companies such as travelguard.com . Our policy is to never overbook rooms. When we reserve a room for you, we agree to decline all other requests for the room you select and guarantee to keep it for the nights you have reserved. We cannot make exceptions to our cancellation policy. A 50% deposit is taken at the time of your reservation. A one night stay will be charged for cancellations 7 days or less prior to arrival.
